The Climate Story Labs is a series of locally organized convenings to connect storytellers, activists, and practitioners to elevate new climate narratives. Labs are being hosted by cultural organizers from Amazonia to the Middle East. For further information on the Labs, including how to start your own, visit climatestorylabs.org.
Since 2020, Doc Society has awarded over $2.5M to climate themed stories. The Climate Story Fund supports stories from around the world with grants up to $100,000 per project. It is open to all mediums, and will support both production and impact campaigns. Learn more at docsociety.org/climate-story.
The Climate Story Kitchen is an experimental space to test new models for climate storytelling. Projects include collaborations with the Australian Broadcast Company, Good Energy Playbook, and Climate Reframe.
